Job summary

Everforth ECS, in Chantilly, VA, seeks an innovative Software Engineer to develop applications and APIs for analytic functions. You will work in an Agile team to design, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality software under tight deadlines.

You must hold US citizenship and a Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI-Poly eligibility, with 4–6+ years of experience in C++, Python, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related STEM field.
• Active TS clearance with SCI + CI-Poly eligibility is required.
• 4-6+ years designing, coding, deploying, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with DevSecOps (GitLab, Jira) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Linux CLI and scripting in Bash/Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing requirements.
• Assess feasibility and evaluate proposed solutions against needs.
• Estimate timelines and contribute both independently and in teams.
• Brief stakeholders with findings from development and service issues.
