Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong software engineering experience.

Must-haves

• 4 or more years of strong software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in at least one systems language. Any language considered: C++, Rust, Java, Go, Python, C#, or otherwise. What matters is depth, not which one
• Demonstrated ability to reason about performance, concurrency, and correctness in production systems
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Evidence of having been one of the strongest engineers on a strong team

Nice-to-haves

• Low latency, real time, or high throughput systems experience
• Linux systems level work, networking, or kernel adjacent exposure
• Experience at a company known for a high engineering bar
• Open source contributions or competitive programming background
• Any exposure to markets or trading, though it is genuinely not required
