Job summary

Job description

Supports maintenance, enhancement and modernization of complex Federal enterprise applications. Responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing Java application code in an Agile Scrum environment. Troubleshoots complex problems in the development environment. Collaborates with multi-site team to identify, resolve and test solutions to issues with new modules. Optimizes and performance tunes developed code.

• Knowledge ofDevOps practicesand experience inbuild/deployment pipelines(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Ability todiagnose and optimize performance issueswithin Drupal and its ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, another related discipline, or equivalent work experience in the software development field will be considered
• 5+ years of object-oriented development experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on, strong Java development experience
• 3+ years of experience with database technologies
• Strong proficiency in Angular 15+ framework
• Experience with SpingBoot and Hybernate
• Experience with Agile development and AWS Cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other API integrations.
• Background in government, enterprise, or large‑scale Drupal implementations.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for Drupal.

Security & Eligibility Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Candidate must have lived in the United States for at least 3 years

Salary Range: $110,000–$123,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, technical proficiency, job-related qualifications, and project requirements.
