The Data Product Platform team is responsible for designing, implementing, scaling, and operating systems, tools, and frameworks to build event‑based or data‑powered product experiences. You’ll join a team of talented engineers in our mission to build the best‑in‑class foundational platforms that are key to the company’s business and product.

What You’ll Achieve

• You’ll own and play a pivotal role in the development of systems, tools and infrastructure that enable data‑driven product use‑cases.
• You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineers and partners from the Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI teams to deliver short‑ and long‑term impact.
• You’ll work on all levels of the stack, including infrastructure, libraries, and product code as needed to build and deliver internal platforms that provide high leverage to multiple product teams.
• You’ll be responsible for monitoring and operating production systems, understanding them deeply, optimizing performance, and evolving critical production systems with minimal user disruption.

• Pragmatic and business‑oriented: caring about business impact and prioritizing projects accordingly, balancing craft, speed, and the bottom line.
• Team player: collaborating cross‑functionally, learning, growing, and helping others do the same.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with full‑stack Typescript and the Node.js ecosystem.
• Work on data or infrastructure‑focused engineering teams that own a wide swath of software platforms or have scaled event‑based platforms and infrastructure to orders of magnitude growth.
