DoorDash is building a world-class data platform team to own the full path from a question to an answer, powering dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted analytics for thousands of users across our marketplace. DoorDash is building the world's most reliable on-demand, logistics engine for delivery! We're looking for talented engineers to help us develop a 24x7, global infrastructure system that powers DoorDash's three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers.
Data Platform’s Data User Experience Engineering builds the products every DoorDash employee uses to answer questions with data. That portfolio includes our AI first reporting and authoring surface,Conversational analytics with AI, Semantic and Knowledge layer along with MCP and skills layer plus the full stack infrastructure that lets users and agents reach all of it. Our users span analysts, engineers, operators, and executives across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, on a warehouse and OLAP footprint that includes Snowflake,Spark and Clickhouse. The team is a mix of engineers who have built AI & Data platforms and products at scale.
You will own the full path from a question to an answer an operator can put in a deck without checking it twice. The BI reporting surfaces are converging, and deciding what that convergence looks like while someone is authoring, building a report, writing a query, asking why a number moved, or asking for the chart they were about to build by hand.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
