Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking software engineers to design elegant solutions across our autonomy stack, tackling full-stack, infrastructure, robotics, and graphics challenges.

We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. Our software engineers work across our suite of products, tackling a variety of full-stack, infrastructure, robotics, and graphics challenges. Work across our entire stack to develop new products, features, and tools for our customers' autonomy development workflows

We're looking for someone who has:

BS/MS degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least one year’s experience working at an automotive technology company

Basic understanding of UX Fundamentals and design principles

Proven ability as a self-starter and can quickly become comfortable with new technical tools

Designed efficient and effective solutions to a wide range of engineering challenges

Desire to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical thinking, obsessive attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.

Nice to have:

Experience working with simulation tools, modeling physical problems, using robotics middleware, designing user-facing applications or developing video games

Experience working with designers and frontend engineers
