Specialty Networks creates clinical and economic value for independent specialty providers and pharmaceutical industry partners across multiple specialties: Urology, Gastroenterology, and Rheumatology. Specialty Networks' PPS Analytics platform is a commercial SaaS platform that collects data from various clinical and operational practice systems, and uses artificial intelligence and modern data analytics to transform it into meaningful and actionable insights that ensure providers get their patients to the right care at the right time.
The Commercial Technologies Software Engineering team delivers the applications our member practices and pharmaceutical partners depend on.
This Software Engineer will design and implement full-stack functionality across our clinical and administrative web applications and the services behind them, working closely with their own team and others.
Our platform is modern and actively evolving, and this role is focused on new development. You will build data-rich, user-facing features in a regulated healthcare environment, increasingly with AI-assisted capabilities, and help take the product through its next stage of evolution. We value engineers who can turn ambiguous product direction into well-built, maintainable software. This is a hands-on role with the potential to grow into a technical leadership scope. You will be a primary contributor and may also set technical direction and guide the day-to-day work of a small team that includes contract engineers. That leadership is technical rather than people management: you would lead the work and raise the bar of what the team ships, without carrying HR responsibility for it.
