Job summary

Treetown Tech in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking Embedded Software Engineers to join a multi-disciplinary engineering team in a hybrid work model. This role focuses on developing embedded software for innovative projects in consumer and military spaces.

You should have 2+ years of experience in embedded software, strong C/C++ skills, and a passion for building reliable systems. Python and MATLAB/Simulink are a plus, as is teamwork with end-users and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing embedded software.
• C or C++ programming required; Python is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of low-level microcontroller programming.
• Ability to work directly with end-users and customers.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with unit tests and CI/CD tool chains for embedded development preferred.
