Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, build, and optimize production-grade C# systems, full-stack tools, and backend services for AI data pipelines and workflows.

You will improve reliability, performance, and safety, resolve bottlenecks, and collaborate with research, data, and engineering teams on scalable architectures in a remote, part-time, contract-friendly role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade C# software.
• Full-stack development capability with a strong systems programming background.
• Fluent English; experience interoping Python ML models from .NET and benchmarking/evaluation harnesses; 20–40 hours per week.

Job description

Design, build, and optimize production-grade C# systems, full-stack tools, and backend services for AI data pipelines, annotation, validation, and evaluation workflows. Improve system reliability, performance, and safety; resolve bottlenecks and edge cases; and collaborate with research, data, and engineering teams on scalable solutions and architecture decisions.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3–5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade C# software, full-stack development capability, and a strong systems programming background. They should be fluent in English, experienced with interoperability such as invoking Python ML models from .NET or wrapping native libraries, skilled in benchmarking and evaluation harnesses, and able to commit 20–40 hours per week.
