BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (C++ / Compiler) to join our global, fully remote team. You will work on core compiler infrastructure, focusing on LLVM and GCC components, building and extending compilers for high-performance applications.

You will design, implement, and optimize compiler components, contribute to LLVM passes and GCC backends, and collaborate across teams to integrate compiler technology into diverse software ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on compiler development.
• Proven expertise in C++ and systems programming.
• Hands-on experience with compiler infrastructure such as LLVM or GCC.
• Deep understanding of code generation, optimization pipelines, and backend development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
