The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Software Engineer to join our Business Analytics team. The Business Analytics team at Schonfeld focuses on analytics, reporting and automation. As a Software Engineer, you will work on building key infrastructure to help compute performance-related fees for our PMs and other related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically-minded person to be in a business-facing role. You will work directly with business partners across the firm - including COO teams, business development, accounting, and risk - to define requirements and translate their business needs into technical solutions.

What you’ll do

The base pay for this role is expected to be between 135,000 and 185,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
