Job summary

GudangAda is seeking a software engineer to help brainstorm and build features for a growing user base. You will contribute to major projects, own features and systems, and mentor peers while improving engineering standards and tooling.

The role requires a solid foundation in computer science, data structures, and algorithms, plus the ability to communicate complex concepts to designers and engineers. A BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
• Strong fundamentals in CS concepts, data structures, algorithms and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to conceptualize and build new features for GudangAda and growing user base.
• Contribute heavily to team projects to deliver high-quality results with significant business impact.
• Own team features or systems and define their long-term health while improving surrounding systems."
• Assist support and operations teams in triaging and resolving production issues.
• Mentor other engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
