As a Software Engineer, you design, develop, and maintain scalable systems, debug distributed components in time-sensitive environments, and contribute across the full SDLC to deliver robust experiences for internal users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience at a top-tier finance or technology company with rapid advancement and strong reviews.
• Experience with cutting-edge technology; being a core contributor is a plus.
• Candidates should be prepared for technical interviews in Python; proficiency will be assessed.
• Kindness and empathy are required; no “smart jerks.”
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• HRT ships every day; ability to deploy new software reliably.
