Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Software Engineer for Baton in NYC, on-site four days a week with a hybrid arrangement. You will help scale our AI-powered marketplace for buying and selling small businesses, building full-stack features and collaborating with AI/ML teams.

You will design scalable APIs, work with product, design and data teams, and write clean, tested code. 3+ years of software engineering and proficiency in Python/JS/Go are required; visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in a modern language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
• Experience with web frameworks and databases.
• Open to visa sponsorship (green card, citizen, or visa holders all work).
• Nice to have: Marketplace or fintech experience.

Baton is building an AI-powered marketplace for buying and selling small businesses. We are looking for a Software Engineer to help us scale our platform and improve the experience for buyers and sellers.
