Job summary

You will provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend services and APIs in C#/.NET, with a focus on maintainability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development with backend services and APIs in C#/.NET and DB technologies.
• 1 year of experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks (React or JQuery), cloud services (AWS or Azure), CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub), and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development life cycle for complex projects, including analysis, design, programming, testing, integration, implementation and support.
• Provide technical leadership, design specifications, and ensure maintainable, scalable code and reusable components.
• Create test plans, prepare data/scripts, and coordinate enterprise-wide testing and deployments.
• Plan, estimate, and coordinate projects; ensure high availability and smooth migrations from development to production environments.
• Travel to NYC for 1–2 days, up to four times a year; telecommuting permitted.
