Job summary

Rogo in New York, NY is seeking a backend engineer to help build a category-defining AI-powered finance platform used by top investment banks and funds.

You will design scalable REST and gRPC services, architect large-scale infrastructure for crawling, ranking and retrieval, and ensure secure handling of sensitive data while delivering readable, well-tested code in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree.
• Experience with a strongly typed language (e.g., Rust, C++, or Java).
• You love writing highly performant and readable code that is well-tested.
• 4+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products.
