Serval is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to build the intelligence behind our AI-native automation platform. You will design and deploy AI-powered features, optimize production AI systems, and work with engineering and product teams to create scalable, high-quality experiences for enterprise customers in a fast-moving startup.
You will leverage LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud workflows to turn complex IT processes into reliable automation, driving impact across the platform.
