You will oversee complex technical problems, build features, and improve apps across mobile and web platforms, guiding a world-class team of engineers and researchers on high-impact projects.

Lead long-term technical vision, manage multi-year roadmaps, and drive staffing decisions for strategic initiatives while ensuring performance and scalability at scale.

• 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant language OR 8+ years experience with a PhD.
• Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions.

2. 4+ years of experience building Android applications in Java using Android SDK
3. Shipped at least one large-scale product to production, supporting millions of active users
4. Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
5. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
6. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
7. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Public Compensation:

$219,000/year to $301,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
