Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years of programming experience, or 4+ years with a PhD.
• Experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects.
• Experience using data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide solutions.
• Shipped at least one large-scale product to production, serving millions of users.
• Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management.
• Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques.
• 2+ years experience building Android applications in Java using Android SDK.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize and redesign workflows, driving measurable impact.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality reviews).
• Ongoing AI skill development (prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with AI technologies.
