Quilter is seeking a Software Engineer to join its AI-native CAD integrations team remote in the USA. You will work on parsing, translating, and generating CAD formats and mapping them into Quilter's PCB board model, primarily in Python.

The role focuses on building agent-powered workflows and reverse engineering vendor formats, with opportunities to grow into senior-level responsibilities and contribute to a fast-moving startup environment.
