Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer, MTS on the Email Security & Network Defense (ESND) team to build security architecture at scale, using an AI-first approach and Agile practices. You will implement IaC automation, CI/CD pipelines, and policy governance while integrating AI agents into security workflows and collaborating with CSIRT, IT, and Security teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in enterprise security, plus experience with Golang, Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, and AI tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a large-scale enterprise security environment.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows with strong prompt engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop security solutions leveraging best development practices and modern AI tools and approaches.
• Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software with AI as a core part of the development workflow.
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code automation for secure deployments across global environments.
• Develop and maintain Configuration-as-Code for policy governance with CI/CD pipelines.
• Support and maintain security configurations and ensure auditable tooling.
