Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Retail Consumer Analytics team in the US. You will design, build, and deliver data-driven pricing analytics that improve front-store merchandising, promotions, and revenue.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders; develop scalable Palantir Foundry pipelines; ensure governance and security; bring 1+ years of cloud experience and hands-on Python/SQL/LLM modeling to drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development experience building and delivering customer facing cloud-based analytic solutions
• 1+ years of end-to-end application development experience on Palantir Foundry or similar systems, leveraging tools such as Workshop, Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder
• Ontology objects/actions and TypeScript functions Foundry applications or similar systems to meet business requirements and objectives
• 1+ year of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• 1+ years coding in Python, SQL, and LLM modeling
• 1+ years in cloud-based platforms such as Azure, GCP and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction in CVS Health's Front Store business using advanced analytic solutions to optimize merchandising and promotion decisions
• Solve complex problems and deliver decision support tools to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into requirements for solution enhancements or ad hoc analyses
• Guide the overall roadmap for enterprise optimal promo solutions that deploy complex data science models through interactive user interfaces
• Work with teams of data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and developers to execute both solution upgrades and analyses
• Architect scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data within Palantir Foundry
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data governance policies throughout the development lifecycle
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Palantir Foundry ecosystem
