Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software with real users
• A product-minded engineer who cares about customer outcomes
• Clear, maintainable code and sensible abstractions
• Self-directed, accountable, and able to trade off decisions
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration in early-stage settings
• Pragmatic about AI, focusing on useful, safe applications
• Strong communication with designers, PMs, and non-engineers

Responsibilities

• Ship features that improve builder workflows and the homebuyer journey.
• Own problems end-to-end from discovery to production.
• Build scalable, understandable systems that others can extend.
• Bring AI into real workflows where it adds value without friction.
• Work closely with customers to learn, observe issues, and craft simple solutions.
• Raise the bar on quality, performance, and developer experience.
