Job description

The Role

As a Software Engineer you will work to rapidly develop AI-powered software applications, especially internal business applications powered by large language models (LLMs). You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other software engineers, using the latest tools and technologies.

Skills and Profile

• Prior software engineering experience with business applications in a cloud environment.
• Technologies you may use include Azure services, python, langchain, micro services, docker, CI/CD, React, Elastic Search, SQL and NoSQL.

• Plus for machine learning experience, especially in the area of Large Language models (LLM), Natural Language processing (NLP), and Deep Learning models.
• Plus for: Azure DevOps and platform, document search technologies, vector and databases.

• In this team we value a start-up mindset and a sense of urgency to deliver to our internal customers. The ideal candidate will have experience from a fast-moving SaaS start-up in addition to experience from a large complex organization.
• The recent AI progress is disruptive, and our team is in the midst of it! As a consequence, day-to-day priorities, tasks, and team structure may change rapidly. We are looking for somebody who thrives in such an environment. The role is not a fit if you value business as usual.
• Experience working in a distributed team with diverse backgrounds. Ability to engage in discussions in a respectful manner.
• Mastery in English is required.

Education and Length of Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, or demonstrated competence, plus typically a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
