Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering experience shipping features users love.
• Generalist across the stack (TypeScript, Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure).
• Experience in small teams where engineer also played PM/designer
• Comfortable talking to customers and turning feedback into software.

• Ship end to end from signal to deployment and iteration.
• Build the agentic layer with LLM-powered workflows and guardrails.
• Own the data path including pipelines and models for SAP landscapes.
• Build interfaces used in the field under deadline pressure.
• Talk to customers directly and translate needs into features.
• Raise the bar with reviews, standards, and engineering culture.
