Capgemini in the United States invites you to join as a Software Engineer - Agentic AI Engineer. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta and Nashville, offering mentoring, collaboration with global teams, and opportunities to shape cutting-edge AI workflows for enterprise clients.

You will develop intelligent agents using Vertex AI Agent Builder, connect tools via MCP Toolbox to enterprise databases like BigQuery and Spanner, train and deploy models, and optimize data pipelines with Dataflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Model Garden, Vertex AI Pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Advanced SQL skills for BigQuery, Python expertise for ML engineering, and experience with data preprocessing techniques such as scaling, encoding, and imputation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Storage and Vertex AI endpoints.
• Familiarity with stateful real-time processing and current innovations in agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,730 -$150,800.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
