Job summary

Netic, the AI revenue engine for essential services, is hiring new graduate engineers for its Agent Platform team in San Francisco. You’ll contribute to the orchestration layer, agent harnesses, and the Agent Manager, building real-world multi-agent workflows that can improve customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates have coursework or internships with LLM APIs, eval frameworks, or agent frameworks, and a strong foundation in Python and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Systems fundamentals: Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Node, React).
• Exposure to LLM APIs, eval frameworks, RAG, or agent frameworks (LangChain, MCP) — production experience not required.
• Orchestration mindset: interest in coordinating multi-step, multi-agent workflows and fault recovery.
• Founder-level ownership: track record shipping end-to-end projects from school/internship/personal work.

Responsibilities

• Build the orchestration layer to route and supervise multi-agent workflows in real time.
• Extend agent harnesses: tooling, sandboxes, and eval loops for testing outputs before production.
• Work on Agent Manager: guardrails, rollback paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Ship agentic products: full-stack features from data models to APIs to frontend tooling.
• Co-create with customers: surface edge cases and turn into platform safeguards.
