Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an Engineer for the Advanced Reporting team in Boston, MA, onsite 5x per week. You will tackle real-time analytics, build scalable data access and presentation layers, and shape reporting experiences that customers rely on to act on insights.

The role combines data engineering with frontend/UX work using Python, TS/React, AWS, and Django. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-stack roles, strong communication, and a passion for analytics and AI-driven product features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a full stack capacity.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Python or TypeScript/React).
• Degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across disciplines.
• Ability to work with product, design, and data stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn continuously in a high-growth environment.
• Comfort solving complex data-scale problems.
• Interested in data visualization, analytics, and AI intersections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced reporting capabilities that drive adoption and growth.
• Build experiences enabling insight-to-action from reporting surfaces.
• Develop product-led experiences for Marketing Analytics value.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and partner engineering teams to shape analytics roadmap.
• Grow with the team as scope expands to enterprise analytics, AI-assisted exploration, and integrations.
