TikTok USDS Joint Venture in Los Angeles is seeking a backend systems engineer to design and implement highly available, low-latency ad-serving platforms and optimize delivery to maximize monetization.

You will improve core algorithms for ad recall, ranking, and bidding while building analytic tools for campaign performance. Requires a CS degree and 3+ years of backend/data pipeline experience.
