Soilair Selection is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to act as a technical anchor, architecting and designing new features while translating complex business requirements into technical designs. You will lead the development lifecycle, coordinate with systems engineering, and mentor junior team members.

Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and strong proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot, with extensive experience in MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and OO design
