Job summary

SEP, a software product design and development firm, is seeking early career software engineers for in-person work at our Westfield, IN office with start dates in 2027. We deliver product design and software outsourcing across multiple industries, offering hands-on growth in a collaborative environment.

You’ll join cross-functional teams, work on a broad range of projects, and regularly communicate progress and challenges with teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work in cross-functional teams to collaboratively build product.
• Work on projects across diverse domains (life science, medical, aerospace, finance, heavy machinery).

What you’ll be doing

• Work in cross-functional teams to collaboratively build product
• Work on projects in a wide variety of domains: life science, medical, aerospace, finance, heavy machinery (did we mention we have a lot of variety!?)

• Help your team, client, and SEP constantly get better
