Job summary

Captivation is seeking a mid-level software engineer who can support their mission of providing timely and effective software solutions. Ideal candidates will have at least 14 years of experience in software engineering and must possess a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $270,000 based on experience, in addition to various benefits including ample paid time off and comprehensive medical insurance coverage.

Captivation Software is looking for mid level software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities on the program.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fourteen (14) years of software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
