Responsibilities

• Write code for backend processes, RESTful public web APIs, and our industry‑leading website.
• Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems.
• Propose and implement performance optimizations and scaling strategies.
• Work with the rest of the team to integrate your projects into the application.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.
• Integrate AI into your daily tasks using IDEs (or plugins) such as GitHub Copilot and Windsurf. Leverage ChatGPT to streamline your workload by brainstorming, refining ideas, and planning projects.
• Join our fast‑paced team as we innovate at the speed of AI. AI is integrated into our products, development processes, and IDEs, and we utilize tools like OpenAI, Claude Sonnet, and Gemini in our daily work.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in service development with PHP, Python, Java, or C#, and a desire to work in PHP8.
• Solid object‑oriented development skills.
• Proficiency with MySQL (both SQL query language and database structure/design).
• Experience with version control, preferably Git.
• Some experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products, expanding skills in prompt engineering to achieve outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with PHP, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience developing Software as a Service with fast release cycles that still support an existing user base.
• Demonstrated technical leadership through real‑world examples.
• Excellent communication skills with JavaScript developers and UI designers.
• Service‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude Sonnet, Gemini, and use IDE plugins.
• Candidates must complete a background check before hiring.
