Job summary

Nightwing CODEX is seeking a software full stack developer to support mission-critical needs in a hybrid work environment. You will develop in an agile SDLC, analyze requirements, design features, and integrate software across systems, ensuring performance and reliability.

You will work with React, TypeScript, Java, and other modern tech to deliver robust solutions. A TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required to begin work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; seven years’ SWE experience.
• Four additional SWE years may substitute for degree.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders; clear communication to non-technical audiences.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.

Job Summary

Software full stack developer at Nightwing CODEX directly supporting mission critical needs. We solve complex and critical problems in partnership with mission customers. Develop in an agile environment following the software product lifecycle. Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements. Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features. Debug existing software and correct defects. Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments. Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories. Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards. Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards. Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components. Write or review software and system documentation. Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers; analyze, systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas.

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university and Seven 7 years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Four 4 years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Technologies: React, Material UI, Typescript, Javascript, Java, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, webpack, REST Services, Neo4j, Cypher, Maven, Springboot, Tomcat, MongoDB, Docker, AWS Have the ability to work in a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders. Able to communicate and translate technical work to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary associated with this position ($99,000 - $206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
