• Contribute directly to development efforts in C++, C#, Python, and Java.
• Oversee multiple programs simultaneously—no siloed projects.
• Drive rapid prototyping and fast‑paced development cycles.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure product integration.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project tracking.
• Delegate effectively while staying hands‑on with technical challenges.
• Support growth initiatives, especially in the expanding munitions sector.
• Ensure all work adds value—no filler, no bureaucracy.
• Must be able to work full‑time onsite (core hours: M–F, 8am–3pm).
• Open to contract‑to‑hire (CTH) or direct hire depending on candidate preference.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in software engineering, with leadership roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $76.92/hr.
