Position Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently on defined projects and is passionate about building high‑quality software that improves the customer experience. You’ll contribute across the stack, delivering production-ready code and collaborating with peers to ensure technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently on defined technology projects and deliver high‑quality software components.
• Design, build, and maintain small tools and production features that improve system reliability and customer experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Node.js, TypeScript, and/or Angular.
• Contribute to both front‑end and back‑end development as needed.
• Conduct thoughtful and thorough code reviews to uphold team quality standards.
• Solve moderately complex technical problems, identifying and navigating potential risks or roadblocks.
• Communicate effectively within your team and with related partner teams.
• Manage your own priorities and workstreams, demonstrating strong self‑direction and organization.
• Seek out mentorship opportunities and provide guidance to junior (L1) engineers when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience working full‑stack across multiple technical domains
• Experience working with product managers & tech leadership to determine requirements, designing solutions, writing code, writing tests, deploying changes, and support
• Strong communication skill, ability to easily collaborate with rest of engineering team & cross‑functional teams
• Previous NodeJS experience is a must have
• Previous Typescript experience is a plus

Location Information

This role offers the option to be hybrid (Dallas, Denver, New York City, Omaha) or fully remote. Remote team members must reside and work within the United States and maintain access to reliable, high‑speed internet.
