Job summary

Linconwaves Innovation Ltd is seeking a frontend engineer to build fast, accessible UIs for our web products, collaborating with design and backend teams to ship features that improve user experience and Core Web Vitals.

You will implement UI components with a modern framework, ensure accessibility per WCAG 2.2 and ARIA, work across testing libraries and CI, and communicate asynchronously in a fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing accessible UIs aligned to WCAG 2.2 and ARIA patterns.
• Familiarity with testing libraries and CI workflows.
• Effective, async-first communication in a fully remote team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UI components and pages using a modern framework
• Collaborate with designers on interaction details, states, and responsive behavior; review PRs and participate in architecture discussions
• Partner with product on discovery, scoping, and incremental delivery; ship behind flags and run experiments.
• Integrate with backend APIs; handle data fetching, caching, and error states with attention to resilience and DX.
