Job summary

Unify Solutions, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to contribute to Agile CI/CD in an open-source environment. You will design scalable services and contribute to modernization efforts across the stack.

Responsibilities include deploying apps on AWS and on-prem, integrating LDAP authentication, maintaining cluster health, managing pods in a microservices layout, and using Ansible for configuration management; you will work across the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS/IS/PM or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in software development or related roles.
• Experience with AWS, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, Linux/Unix/Windows, Bash.
• Willing to travel/relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile CI/CD to deliver end-to-end software.
• Deploy and host applications on AWS and on-prem servers.
• Integrate LDAP authentication on servers.
• Monitor APM, cluster health, and manage user accounts and groups.
• Create and manage pods in a microservices architecture; provision services on AWS.
• Set up Ansible Tower/Playbooks to manage configurations; deploy containerized apps.

Involve in Agile process to deliver an end-to-end continuous integration & deliver product in an open-source environment; Deploy & host apps on AWS and On-Prem Servers; Integrate LDAP authentication in new and existing servers; Undertake APM & cluster health; Maintain User Accounts and Groups; Create and manage pods in the Micro services Architecture; Provision of multiple services in AWS Cloud; Implement serverless architecture; Set up Ansible (Tower, Workstations, Playbooks) to manage systems configuration; Involve in managed nodes, run lists, roles, environments, data bags, Ansible plays, roles in Ansible; Deploy containerized apps; Full life cycle development to perform sophisticated software engineering jobs.

Education

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent.

Experience

Must have at least one (1) year experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Software Developer, Software Consultant, System Engineer or equivalent.

Special Requirements

Qualifying experience must include using AWS, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, Linux, Unix, Windows, Network Administration, System Administration, Bash/Shell Script. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
