Job summary

Teslar Software in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Software Engineer (Developer) to help design, build, and test a cutting-edge, database-driven platform for community banking.

You will own multiple projects, work across the stack with .NET/C#, REST, and MVC, and stay ahead with emerging technologies while learning the domain and ML considerations.

Bachelor's degree and 2 years .NET experience required; banking knowledge and NUnit testing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in .NET with C# as core foundation; comfortable with SOAP, HTTP, XML, REST & MVC.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
• Full-stack fluency across databases to web technologies.
• Proficiency with unit testing using NUnit.
• Banking industry familiarity and machine learning knowledge preferred.

• 2 years of experience in .NET with C# as your core foundation, but you're also comfortable weaving in other languages and frameworks to build robust solutions (SOAP, HTTP, XML, REST & MVC).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture (code that can scale).
• Full-stack fluency from databases to web technologies, you navigate the entire software ecosystem with ease.
• Proficiency ensuring code is rock-solid with unit testing tools like NUnit.
• Familiarity with the banking industry and machine learning (preferred).
