Job summary

Mintive in San Francisco, CA seeks an experienced software engineer to own features end to end across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. You will shape architecture, product decisions, and shipping to production.

Build and maintain connectors, strengthen security-sensitive paths, and leverage AI coding agents while reviewing their outputs for correctness. Applicants should ship products used by real users and show strong engineering fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping products or tools to real users.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, sound judgment and quick learning.
• Experience with developer products, gateways, security, identity or open source is a plus.

Own features end to end across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems, making architecture, product, and UX decisions and shipping to production. Build and maintain connectors, strengthen security-sensitive enterprise paths, and use AI coding agents while reviewing their output for correctness.

Requirements: Applicants should have a track record of shipping products or tools to real users, strong engineering fundamentals, sound judgment, and the ability to learn quickly and work across the stack. They should care about customer needs, take infrastructure and security seriously, and be comfortable building with AI agents; experience with developer products, gateways, security, identity, permissions, or open source is a plus.
