Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 6 years of professional experience in AI, software development, or a related domain
• 6+ years of experience in Python for AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency with PyTorch (or a willingness to learn)
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and their practical applications
• Experience building chatbots and voice-based conversational systems
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with major Large Language Model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) and their performance trade-offs
• Deep understanding of transformer neural networks and attention mechanisms
• Experience integrating AI into applications or enthusiasm to develop application solutions

What You'll Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in Python for AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency with PyTorch (or a willingness to learn)
• Solid understanding of AI agents and their practical applications
• Hands-on experience or keen interest in building chatbots and voice-based conversational systems
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with major Large Language Model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) and their performance trade-offs
• Deep understanding of transformer neural networks and attention mechanisms
• Experience integrating AI into applications or enthusiasm to develop application solutions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Kotlin programming
• Full-stack development experience across backend and frontend
• Cloud software development experience, especially microservices architecture
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, or Kafka for service communication
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
