NSWC PCD serves as the SSA and performs software maintenance supporting fielded software baselines along with the required high speed connectors System Integration Laboratory (SIL) software simulators. The SSA uses an agile Development, Security, and Operations (DEVSECOPS) software development methodology to update, patch, and incorporate new requirements and capabilities.
· Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant fields, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Marine Engineering.
· Other relevant certifications, such as: Certified Software Development Professional (CSEP) by IEEE, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
