Job summary

The role requires 7–10+ years of hands-on C++ experience, strong STL knowledge, and familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and Fix protocol. Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field is expected.

Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate C++ Developer to join our team and help build and expand applications as needed by the business expansion and client needs. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code.
• Implement performance and quality modules, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions.
• Collaborate with the clients and internal teams in requirement gathering, design and implementation.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 - 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing applications in C++.
• Strong proficiency in C++, with a thorough knowledge of the language specification and the standard library (STL containers and algorithms).
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Proficiency with templating in C++ and dynamic polymorphism concepts.
• Experience with modern C++ standards (e.g., C++11, C++14, C++17, C++20).
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP/MultiCast is needed.
• Experience with development best practices, such as unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Experience with handling large volumes of real-time Market data and Order handling is preferred
• Experience in Python / Fix Protocol is preferred
