Job summary

ApolloTech MSI in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, seeks a Software Engineer for a full-time role. You will design and develop software for diverse clients, including embedded platforms and edge AI/ML capabilities. The team collaborates to craft architectures and leverages Nvidia Jetson and ROS2.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and Kotlin.
• Experience creating software architecture designs for embedded systems using C++ and ROS2.
• Experience working with NVIDIA Jetsons.
• Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• US Citizenship required for security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.

About The Role

ApolloTech MSI is seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer for a full-time position based in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

Responsibilities

Design and develop software applications and systems that meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Collaborate with a small team to design different software architectures.

Work with embedded platforms, such as Nvidia Jetson, for robotic control and AI/ML capabilities at the edge, and use Gitlab for distributed source code control.

Demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, a passion for delivering innovative software solutions, and the ability to travel approximately 10%-20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong proficiency in several programming languages including C++, Python, and Kotlin
• Experience creating software architecture designs for embedded systems that use C++ and ROS2
• Experience working with NVIDIA Jetsons
• Experience working with Unreal Engine is a plus
