Job summary

Affinity Search Partners is seeking a proactive Software Engineer to architect the company’s digital backbone. You will build and maintain applications spanning payment processing, analytics, web, CRM, and internal ops.

The role blends development with AI-assisted shipping of code in a hybrid work setting. You will own end-to-end lifecycle of critical systems and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure APIs and integrated solutions using C#, SQL, Blazor, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production systems with C# and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with GIT or similar version control systems.
• Experience Developing secure, scalable, and resilient RESTful APIs using C#.
• Experience with Blazor is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, deploy and manage software applications that operate the business.
• Design and develop C# applications using SQL backend, Claude, GitHub, CoPilot.
• Own the full lifecycle of our transaction processing, billing systems, and customer-facing websites.
• Integrate internal systems with third-party vendor APIs and external services.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Serve as a technical advisor—delivering training, ad-hoc analysis, and troubleshooting support.
