Job summary

Caesars Sportsbook & Casino is seeking a Software Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of sports betting solutions. You will work with data scientists, traders and customers across time zones to build rock-solid, reliable systems.

The role involves backend development with Golang, GraphQL/GRPC, Kubernetes and cloud platforms, in a team that ships scalable services and modern infrastructure. Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Back-End Development and Object-Oriented programming languages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of sports betting solutions from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, traders and customers across multiple time zones to deliver rock-solid, reliable and performant solutions.

ZeroFlucs develops innovative software that enables sports betting operators to enhance their pricing models by leveraging existing data sources and relationships. Our technology supports features such as same-game and same-race parlays, cross-event betting, and content enhancement, providing a comprehensive solution for modern sportsbook management. ZeroFlucs is a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment, Inc., a leading casino-entertainment company in the United States. ZeroFlucs bolsters Caesars Digital’s trading capabilities, including a fully in-sourced solution for same-game parlay correlation pricing.

We’re on the hunt for a Software Engineer to join a team that is responsible for end-to-end delivery of sports betting solutions – from design and development to deployment and operational support. Not only would the right person be a leader in the team but also get to interact with data scientists, traders and customers in multiple time‑zones to deliver solutions that need to be rock solid, reliable and performant.

Responsibilities

Tech, stack, and equipment you’ll be working with:

Qualifications

Whilst we’re not looking for you to tick all these boxes, we are looking for someone who can keep up with the team. From experience, this is what that requires:

  • Computer Science, Programming, and Software Development skills
  • Experience with Back-End Development and Object-Oriented Programming languages
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • An interest in sports
