Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to develop bumper concepts aligned with OEM direction. You will lead on-site coordination between OEM and offshore teams, perform styling feasibility and create OEM-standard drawings, while analyzing costs and supplier quotes.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful design delivery. Experience with CATIA V5/V6, LA Studio, and a strong understanding of OEM product

Qualifications

Expertise in CATIA V5/V6 required.
Ability to lead onsite between OEM and offshore teams.
Knowledge of OEM product development processes.
Experience with cost drivers and design optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop bumper design concepts based on OEM direction.
Evaluate designs and close open issues.
Perform styling feasibility with LA Studio.
Create OEM-standard drawings.
Perform cost estimation and supplier quote analysis.
Attend evaluations and support gap & flush, IQS, wiring, piping, and change management.
