Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

This job requires the job holder to be in our Denver office 5 days per week minimum. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the location and commute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participating in the development process starting with definition, and continuing through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Understanding end‑user requirements, then translating those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
  • Participating in joint design and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative and original ideas to our products.
  • Designing and developing both simple workflow and complex logic applications that effectively interact to provide a streamlined and friendly user experience.
  • Ensuring quality throughout the process through unit tests, and code reviews
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Successfully deliver on‑time solutions to challenging problems.
  • Work in a change‑controlled environment, adhering to best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality, especially concerning sensitive healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
Requirements (dependent on level and experience)
  • 3-5+ years experience in the C# /.NET ecosystem
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Object‑Oriented programming experience and SOLID principles
  • Experience writing high performance scalable application
  • Solid understanding of software platform architecture.
  • Hands‑on experience deploying application to Azure App Services.
  • Experience working with Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, indexes, performance tuning and, stored procedures
  • Strong understanding of component‑based architecture and design patterns.
  • Extensive experience with RESTful services and API integration and GraphQL APIs
  • Experience implementing authentication with OAuth, OpenID, Azure AD, etc.
  • Proficiency in API documentation tools such as Swagger
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and traditional project management approaches.
  • Familiarity with modeling, source control, configuration management, and testing tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for high‑quality, performant code.
  • A "learn‑it‑all" mindset, where no task is too daunting and new technologies bring exciting new challenges.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong customer service focus is essential.
  • Resilient, able to work under pressure, remaining professional and calm.
  • Able to work in an environment of change and ambiguity at times
