Job summary

General Dynamics - IT (GDIT) is seeking a Software Engineer to drive modern software development for mission-critical government projects. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, establish staging clusters, deploy and test software, and create infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm charts.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance with US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; four years can substitute for a degree.
• 20+ years of related experience.
• Experience with AWS tools and services, Terraform, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Git/Gitlab, Gitlab runners, CI/CD, and Linux.
• Security clearance TS/SCI w/ Poly; US citizenship required.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional developer experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 20+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: Experience with AWS tools and services, Terraform, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Git/Gitlab, Gitlab runners, CI/CD, and Linux
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• US citizenship required
