Vantor is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Colorado Springs team, developing robust application software for mission-critical systems. You will participate in requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing to deliver high-quality software aligned with project goals. U.S.

citizenship and an active SECRET clearance are required. A BS in Computer Science or related discipline is required or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree; 2+ years of professional software experience

Vantor is seeking a Software Engineer to join our project team developing application software.

Required Qualifications

• Must be U.S. Citizen and eligible for SECRET security clearance
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline. 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Pay Transparency:

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $66,000.00 - $88,500.00 - $97,350.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
